A small zawn 8-10 metres (at high tide) with an overhanging wall on good rock, Deep water in the channel but some submerged boulders under some of the bottom of the crag, 'friendly seal' is the obvious S0 offering and first ascent was done at low tide with deep water fall zone all the way. Other possible DWS lines will have to take a high tide with a few moves before being clear of boulders.
take the footpath out to the end of black head. The crag is down to the right as you face out to sea. either take a steep path over the top of the crag (slightly precarious positions) or set up base on rock facing the crag and swim over to ledges on the seaward side of the zawn. easy access in and out of water (in calm seas)
