Three sectors. A (20 easier slabby routes)is down and to the right of the point where the approach path arrives. B (38 routes from 4a to 7b with some 2 pitch routes) extends up and left from the approach path. C (16 routes from 6b to 7b with more 2 and 3 pitch routes) is higher up to the left again.
Pleasantly shady in summer.
There have been some issues with rockfall in the past - warning signs etc were erected. Talking to locals it seems that with the spring thaw some rocks have been released from the hillside above the crag. The area below the big groove of Padania would seem to be most at risk.
From centre of Castione follow the main road for less than a kilometer to a R fork signed for the Monte Pora ski area. Just before leaving the houses there is a large grassy parking area on the left. Walk up the road for 2/300 m and take a lane up to the left (signposted) which becomes a track through the woods. After 400 m zig-zag up left to the crag.
