Rocktype Limestone
Altitude 172m a.s.l
Faces W
A long low outcrop of limestone that can be seen from the motorway (on the right when travelling north). Despite this it has a secluded feel about it and is worth a visit (perhaps combined with Font d'Axia which is only fifteen minutes away) if you fancy somewhere different. The crag looks quite scrappy from a distance, and to be honest it is, but at least the locals have had the bright idea of only developing the best bits of rock here. As probably the worst crag in the book it is not worth a visit from afar!
Crag access, 15 mins. Park on a long sweeping righthand bend about 600m after the underpass, there is a post with no sign on it on the left, the track is marked with red dots. From the sign post cross the riverbed and zig zag up the hill away from the crag, where the track levels out contour back across the hillside on a small, sometimes cairned, track.
