An compact but impressive crag overlooking Brest across the river. Grey butresses poke out of the woodlands on the hillside. Mostly well-equipped sport routes upto 8a with a good spread of grades mostly around 5+ to 6c though the grading can vary in consistancy. 1 or 2 pitch with a few popular polished classics. The rock quality is good, a compact, quick drying limestone/quartzite banded crag...Although the local guide says it's sandstone, this is no gritstone edge!
Limited parking on the lanes running up to the crag with good paths- no more than 5 min approach.
