The house is situated within the protected 'Puig Campana' mountain range. It is only three klms from the old village of Finestrat which offers all local amenities whilst retaining it's Spanish hilltop character. One of the best climbing areas on the Costa Blanca at Sella is only 10 minutes by car. Without doubt one of the classic areas to climb in the Costa Blanca with a beautiful remote valley. On all sides loom the crags that make Sella such a popular place to climb. The villa is ideal for people who want peace and tranquility yet has easy access to towns such as Calpe, Benidorm and Villajoyosa and cities such as Alicante and Valencia.

AMENITIES

This fully furnished house has two bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin, plus 1 single bed in the lounge area, two bathrooms with walk-in showers, a spacious 'L'shaped lounge with dining area and a very efficient wood burning stove and a mobile gas heater. It has private parking for two cars, is surrounded by terraces with paved patio areas, two outside dining areas with tables and chairs, an outside cooker and Bar-B-Q and also has a small garden area.

Clients have shared use of a solar heated swimming pool next door, with a designated sunbathing terrace of 25 sq mtrs complete with sun loungers.

Please do not confuse Casita Rincon de Luna with the usual 'bunk house' accommodation, as this property and it's situation are on a different level.

A hire car is essential.
