Dan Bailey talks to hyper-real landscape artist Jamie Hageman about his passion for painting the peaks - a self-employed vocation that combines long hours in the studio with the rigours of mountaineering in all seasons.
In reply to Sean Kelly: Hi Sean, I've got ltd edition signed prints of Ben Nevis, the Buachaille and Glen Coe. An Teallach will follow later this year.
Got 2 of Jamie's Giclee prints hanging in my lounge bought from the Fort Bill film fest a few years back- folk are always admiring them and I'm extremely jealous of his painting skills!
In reply to UKH Articles:
When I see these paintings I can never quite get it into my head that they really are paintings and not photographs, they are just so good and so impressive.
