Took a days leave to take advantage of the spring magic. Started slow, with Arctic terns, wheatear, summer plumage grey plover and huuuuge numbers of sedge warbler and whitethroat. Then a cuckoo flashed past me. Half an hour later, and was watching two cuckoos and a barn owl at the same time. Back of camera photos
