I returned a pack to them last October that needed assessment and a possible repair - they let me know that it would need to be sent to Germany for this and that it could take up to 10 weeks. At that time communication with them was easy, both on the telephone and via e-mail.
Since early February I have been trying to contact them about my pack via e-mail and telephone with no luck. Does anyone know if they have closed their UK office down?
