Yep, BMC are aware of it, Tom’s report from the last North Wales Area meeting discussed it:
“Penmaen head quarry has been put up for sale at £20k the BMC had a quick look and feasibility however due to the likely large on going maintenance costs it would not be a suitable site for the BMC to manage, its likely the current owners are trying to rid themselves of the liability of the site. We will continue to monitor the situation.”
