Looking for around a 100L holdall bag with decent shoulder straps that's in fairly ok nick.

Hoping someone might have one kicking around they don't use anymore. (Happy to pay a bit for one but student budget hence asking on here for second hand.)

Can collect Sheffield or Cambridge (heading off on a trip on Friday so ideally in the next week).

Have you looked at Lomo if you're on a tight budget - probably less than a second hand one from the big brands?

Otherwise try eBay, from experience of selling one and buying another they don't hold their value (unless they've got Patagonia written on the side).
