Has anyone managed to purchase one of these carabiners? Every place says “unavailable” and they are not listed on the Mammut site. Have they been discontinued?
Looks like it still has UIAA 121 certification but Mammut have discontinued it. From what I've read the spring was too weak to lock in the belay loop so didn't prevent cross-loading. Which was kind of the whole point of it so probably why they withdrew it.
