My current training programme

House renovations seem to get a good range of muscle groups working hard, definitely counts as training. 

Today, I mixed and spread 18 bags of screed on a floor. That is 4 hours of manoeuvering 20kg bags, and then when mixed, 24kg buckets. And doing it slowly and controlled so as to not make a mess. 

Anyone looking to join me on my training programme is always welcome! We have months of work left 😜😂

I've had a tree felled and am now splitting and carrying the logs. Trees get  bigger on the ground...
