Came across a huge boulder near fidden farm today. Had a climb and its mega. Its on the path between fidden campsite and pottie Road farm. Can't believe its not on here. 

Anyone local or regular visitor been on it? Full traverse looks about 7b maybe. It's about 30 meters long 

I haven’t seen it referenced in Boulder Scotland. Do you have any pics you can add to ukc? That will encourage more attention.

Looks great! Could you add it as a new crag on ukc and drop a pin on the location? I havent explored that footpath from Fidden to Pottie road end yet but there are certainly quality outcrops everywhere in the area.

Andy Spink spoke of a crag matching that description with an amazing traverse. That was years ago so it's probably just been forgotten. I've not been there myself.

Not a prayer something like that hasn't been noticed or climbed on before. I'm only here for a few more days or I'd adopt it as a project. I'll add it as a new crag then someone who wants to develop it can take it but it's a great crag

Julian Lines has climbed an E5 near there, to the west, on sight solo I think.

I had a look at your logbook.

We climbed 'Nite Lites' a few weeks before Gary. I thought E2 but Gary gave it E1 so I assumed I got it wrong. After repeats others also thought E2.

Andy gave 'Camilla' HVS but I put it up to E2 after top roping it, I try to limit changes to one grade as I might be having a bad day! Andy gave 'Chris' VS so I bumped that up to HVS. Had a play about on the project, even had a name ‘Walking on the beaches looking at the Peaches’ but never tried to lead it.

Hi Colin, thanks for the updates and the SMC new routes link, I'll add a couple from this year and last year. It's such a great area, I suspect we'll be back again next year.
