Repair to seams on old 3 layer goretex

I have a 20 year old 3 layer goretex jacket that I'm quite attached to. The seam tape has come away around the neck. What is the best thing to stick it back with? I'm not keen on trying to iron it on as I think I would be too clumsy, but I can try if that is the best thing.

Any seamseal type product or shoe goo.

I often find the tape has shrunk a bit so just cut it it off.
