At the moment I am looking for an ultralight 3 season sleeping bag (limit between 0 and -10 degree C) for walking and hiking. I am looking at the sea to summit Spark SP III (625g total) but am also considering the Lightwave Firelight 550 (880g total) or the PHD Desert Race 3 (430g total). If anyone has any experience with these bags any advice on whether they are suitable for early spring to late autumn use or any recommendations for other bags would be greatly appreciated.
My go-to sleeping bag is Rab Neutrino Endurance 400. However, Lightwave Firelight 550 looks a lot better, even with US (aka inflated) fill power rating.
Not sure if I'd pay that much for a sleeping bag, though.
