Just a quick note on Cuillin conditions. Not been up myself but a few folk I've talked with say there's glazing on rocks at all heights. Fresh powder has fallen in reasonable quantiites since then so all looking magnificent.
The Ridge will be very slow going on any section.
Route-wise I am only guessing- at top end mixed routes reliant on iced in blocks will be good. Any routes that normally have neve are going to be a lot harder than usual grade but higher or deeper lines may have retained plenty; eg South Gully Buttress on Blaven (now considered III), Hamish's Chimney (II+), Gully E (III). Most ice was lost but not all of the easier angled- the ice on foxes rake (IV) from last week is unlikely to be much thicker but escape from colditz (III) may have formed.
Mountaineering lines worth a look would be Diagonal Gully (II) on Ghreadaidh, N Face of Sgumain, I/II, (after a powdery start up Great Stone Shoot) & NW Ridge of Bruach na Frithe (I/II). Just be cautious of fresh powder sitting on what little of the hard neve remains.
Have fun
