so I've run a little in the past, but not really committed to it. Now I've decided to get back to it, and realised how much ive missed it!
I usually run 2-3 times a week acouple of 5ks and a 10k, so not too far but I could do with some advice on stretching? do I warm up before I run and/or after? and which stretches and for how long?
currently I do a few random stretches before I run then some more random stretches as soon as I finish, so any advice would great!
