As well as the usual topics we’ll also be considering a BMC Hill Walking Strategy & options for BMC subs increases.

Business part of meeting until 8.15 only followed by food & a display of 2014 winter equipment by Cotswold Outdoor & then Andy Houseman’s presentation.

Hi

Sorry to say that Andy Houseman is now unwell & can't make this Meeting.

Instead of this we are planning on showing a 20 minute video he is sending about the route he climbed in Alaska & Will Harris (BMC Regional Development Officer (East) who is the BMC Officer attending the Meeting has also offered to give a 10 minute presentation about climbing a couple of routes in Alaska last year.

Hope to still see you there

Thanks to everyone who turned up last night and made it a great meeting.
Thanks to everyone who contributed to the items we discussed.

Special thanks to Will Harris from the BMC for stepping to the breach at the last minute to recount his Alaskan experiences.

PP.
