Anyone been up Tower Ridge last couple days?

Just looking for any recent conditions info really? Making half a plan for Saturday. Along with many others no doubt, given Bank Holiday Weekend + Good Forecast + Still Some Winter Action = Ben Nevis...

Done it today in superb weather. Still very much a winter climb. Buried belays so finding protection tricky in parts. Snow of varying quality from below little tower onwards. Some fine crests to a cheval . No tat on tower gap. Get up early as the sun was softening the eastern traverse!!
Suggest 2axes and 3 ice screws as the final pitch was on ice. We only too 1axe and it was spicy! Enjoy.

What sort of numpty would make that sort misjudgement, 30m rope, 1 axe and no gear. I ask you. LOL
