Been unable to open the rockfax app for several days. It's entirely unresponsive, just a blank grey screen.

Thought it might just be an issue with my phone but a colleague experienced the same issue.

I had that. I uninstalled then reinstalled and that fixed it.

Sorry about that. I'm away from my computer at the moment so can't inspect what might have happened, however I'd assume that your update from v1 to v2 might have failed.
