TCH Sheffield is looking for a passionate, creative and experienced individual to join our kitchen dream team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the kitchen/ cafe of one of the UKs leading climbing wall companies. It would suit someone who has experience in F&B/ hospitality and is looking to move into a busy but relaxed kitchen role which values fun, community and ethical F&B choices as much as providing top notch F&B service.
You don't need to be great at climbing to be a perfect fit for our team, you just need to be as passionate about supporting people to live happier, healthier and more connected lives through climbing as we are.
This is a permanent part-time position at 30 hours per week with the possibility for picking up extra shifts.
As part of this role, you will be required to work evenings and weekends on a Rota basis. Our earliest shifts start at 6am and our latest shifts finish around 11pm.

**Our starting Junior Kitchen Crew rate is £8.91ph, with the opportunity to rise to the senior crew rate of £9.20ph after successful completion of our Crew Career Pathway.
Preferred skills/ Experience/ certificates
Minimum 1 year experience working in kitchen/ bakery
Sourdough experience preferred but not essential
Level 2 in Food Hygiene or willing to undertake training to achieve this
Strong background in customer service
Good communication skills
Experience of following H&S/ Food Hygiene & Safety legislation and guidelines
Experience of Hot and Cold Food & Beverage handling, preparation and service
Cash handling
Coffee/barista trained or willing to undertake training
Experience of Stock management
Self-motivated and able to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
An eye for detail- it’s the little things that make a big difference
