Working as part of the senior management team you will be responsible for the day to day running of a busy indoor climbing centre including responsibility for strategic planning, finances, staffing, quality assurance, customer satisfaction and safeguarding.
Salary £37,000 pa
A strong element of the role will be the line management of others and we are looking for someone with solid and demonstrable experience of managing a team in a busy demanding workplace, someone who can take control but who also knows how and when to delegate.
The role includes that of the Designated Safeguarding Lead and the ideal candidate will have up-to-date experience of safeguarding children and adults at risk.
