Main Roles of this position:
- Managing the day to day running of the centre and assisting the Centre Manager
- Being responsible for the centre, staff and customers whilst on duty
- Instructing Sessions for new and existing customers
- Signing in customers an assisting them on their visit to the centre
Successful Candidates need to have the following attributes:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Actively climb and have done so for at least 1 year
- Previous Managerial Experience
- The ability to work regular evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- NGB qualification in climbing CWDI as minimum
- 16 Hour First aid qualification
- Good I.T Skills and confidence
- Climbing wall work experience
- be available to work in school and university holidays
