Jet Suit Paramedic Mountain Trial

A trial in the Lake District testing out how extreme Jet Suit mobility might support emergency paramedic response in the mountains. The Great North Air Ambulance Service constructed a typical rescue scenario. What if the Critical Care first responder could locate and stabilise the casualty within minutes of vehicle arrival? In this exercise this was done in 90 seconds, vs the 25 minutes of arduous climb on foot.

I wonder what the risk of a jetsuit accident bad outcome is compared to the risk of a casualty bad outcome. Some serious stats crunching and risk:reward calculating will need to take place I think.
