Tour company Wilderness Scotland's Women in the Wild film series is about inspiring women who have found strength in the outdoors.
In Episode 3 we join Elise Wortley as she roams the high points of the Cairngorms National Park, treading in the footsteps of author Nan Shepherd. Elise is recreating journeys of female explorers as a way to celebrate their often under-recognised journeys -and she's been doing it all using only equipment they had at the time!
