father of 4 - two sets of twins! beat that!

Been climbing on and off, mainly cos of connective tissue injuries in early career, for over 25 yrs. Had 4 yrs with no climbing, fed up of recurring injuries, and have been getting back into it for the past few yrs whenever time allows. Thanks to Dave Macleod and his information on managing injuries.
