I have been climbing regularly since 2009, but sporadically for much longer. I've been caving a few times, just as a means of doing some climbing - great fun but I prefer going up to going down. I've learnt that climbing goes better if you commit to the moves, and have a full flask of tea and plenty of cake! (same with life in general)Location
