I’m a keen but very amateur climber. Lots of trad around the UK, particularly in Snowdonia and on the gritstone of the Peak District. Sport climbing in Europe - Chamonix, Gorges du Tarn and in the Dolomites. One failed attempt on Mont Blanc via the Gouter route due to bad weather and avalanche risk. Some high altitude trekking in The Himalaya in Nepal and India. Winter walking in Scotland.
