Based up North in Penrith I have been climbing since my father first took me out to the Lakes when I was 12 and have enjoyed travelling and climbing all over Europe, America and Australia ever since. After serving my apprenticeship tradding in the Lakes with my father we spent many years climbing the classics in the Lakes, Wales, Scotland, Pembroke, The South West and the Verdon Gorge. In the eary 2000's I got hooked on sport climbing and got slightly obsessed with the Big 3 in Yorkshire - culminating in climbing the Yorkshire Triple Crown of 8a+'s. I have now rekindled my love affair with Lakes trad climbing but also love sunny bolt clipping trips to Spain, Kalymnos, et al.
When not climbing I love getting out on the bike or fell running around home and the Lakes.
