Have been climbing approx 35 years. Climb at Low grades in summer (have led VS's when on form long ago), but my first love is scottish winter walking and easy mountaineering. Type 1 diabetes since 1981, mountains and exercise probably saved me from the worst of the disease.....
Not climbing much in 2017-2020 due to health issues, but looking forward to getting back onto the rock and snow ASAP!
