    I personally would edit out the top third ie. That sky with no detail as all the interest in in the bottom half of the picture.

    Awesome photo, I last saw this on a photography course at Kendal College you were teaching. Take a look at my gallery, I think I've improved slighly since those days. Would be great to see some more of your photos up here.

    Shall I respond to that last one? Oh go on then, I will...Actually I am standing at the summit. The Gross Glockner has a strange curvy summit cornice and I'm standing at the top shooting down on climbers making their way up the narrow ridge.
