We started from the tents at 4550m about 11.15 p.m. and topped out about 7.15am. From midnight to 5am was through a crevasse maze in the dark, so we opted for guides. Five of us attempted and all of us made the summit. We were back at the tents at about 11am after a very swift descent in just 2.5 hours. The weather was stunning and we had the mountain to ourselves.

Thanks Sean. Now we know where Jaws 5 is being filmed!

Yes Andy. Didn't realise this was your piccy, then noticed this on the Karabiner website yesterday. The Alps might be short of snow but not the Andes it seems. Quite an interesting area to explore from reading up on the net. Not the hassle of the Himalayas but still quite high mountains. P.s. Enjoyed your talk at the Dinner. A very enjoyable weekend and 2 full days climbing too. Keep safe.
