Having said that, I've never seen a photo which seems completely satisfactory. They either, like this one, miss the south end of the ridge or seem too wide angle and sort of dominated by Gars Bheinn. I must give it a go sometime, but I think I'll wait for something potentially special.

It's a very difficult shot to balance and I struggled with that. The tent and cutting it short on the left was my attempt to resolve that - albeit, definitely a compromise.

Totally agree with the above comments, very hard to balance and Sgùrr nan Gillean always looks to me as if its falling off the page. Another excellent capture Brian.
