Traveling up from Glen Shiel to Torridon and spied this cracking Juvenile Golden Eagle sitting posing on a fence post. First ever Golden Eagle well chuffed. 70 200 Canon L Lens with 2X converter cheekily borrowed from another photographer.

Road, single track railway line, fence. I was on road next to fence one side of the railway line eagle was sat on post on the other side directly opposite and didn't seem to mind a few people being in such close proximity at all. Lucky indeed.
