Follow the west walk round from the Old carpark, get to the Aboriginal shelter stone, wander up the hill. You are right I have forgotten the name of the area. :-)

Aah, it's in the Saddleback area (above the old car park, now closed.) There's some really good routes around there as well (particularly down in the valley east of the old car park.)
