This image was taken last saturday on the south side of Beinn a Chreachain in the Orchy Hills. A word of advice do not just dump your rucksack on the ground and go chasing ptarmigan off into the distance without checking you know where you have left it. I did and after getting some shots, on looking back were i came from realised i had no idea where my sack was, it took 20 mins and the help of a couple of passing walkers to locate it. i won,t be makeing that mistake again.

i can see the funny side now, but at the time i was running around like a headless ptarmigan. If the two lads who helped me locate my sack read this then you have my thanks for your help.
