Didn't quite mean to be leading the traverse pitch of Corvus in the pouring rain and at dusk, but here I am.

No worries! We've all been there. It will make it all the more memorable.

Your major epic "planning" still needs some work in that you've had the foresight to pack a headtorch. Please try again ????

Hey Michael! I always pack my headtorch in case I end up descending in the dark ???? but found climbing in the dark not so bad in the end. Route finding was a little awkward though.

Even in the light, the traverse pitch is the only one that's super obvious. The other pitches wander about more than you might expect.

Very true Michael! It did take a little interesting route finding going up that last bit in the dark. Luckily the climbing is quite gentle so I never found myself worried!

Love it. I once set off at midnight, in the rain, just for fun. A lovely route!
