Cheers Sean. It's amazing how black and white processing can sometimes rescue what appears initially only a record shot. I do quite often shoot in B & W mode depending on conditions although not on that particular day.

Always shoot in colour and change it later to B&W if it suits. B&W is sometimes best when colour in nothing special. It still surprises me when I convert something average and it suddenly pops in B&W.

Agree Sean. Best to shoot in Raw all the time but often its beneficial for us to have the image reviewing instantly in B & W on the rear LCD whilst still retaining colour in the raw file.
