I did the circuit of Coire Gabhail, splitting it into two days to make the most of solid early morning neve, and a magnificent sunset and sunrise. Trips like this make two months of continuous rain fade in the memory. Got a tan too!

Amazing, Jamie. I think you've had prodigious amounts of snow up there, looks fantastic. Another degree or two cooler and we would have lot's of snow, but no ice as well. But it's one of the worst winters for years, so Welsh fingers crossed for next winter>

Sorry to hear that Dave. It's certainly been a different sort of winter up here. I can count the sunny days on one hand.

What a place for a camp! Doesn't look like the UK at all, until I clicked on the thumbnail I thought it was the Alps.
It seems I went to the highlands 1 week too early, still we had some great days on the hill.

I especially like the footprints leading away from the tent. It suggests a journey. Well worth the effort of flogging up with the tent!
