Does this 'art installation' really enhance Tarn Hows?

It's a National Trust thing for autumn I think. They have them at the Longshow Estate in the Peak.

No. It's very chintzy. I was there last week and couldn't get a decent photo of the tarn.

This monstrosity is visible from all around the tarn. It stands on the spot previously occupied by a sign that read 'Take care steep grass'. Sometimes I wonder about the sanity of the NT.
