I went out this evening to try and photograph some startrails in the Peak - it was all foggy so I came home and found this one on the hard drive while trying to remember the best settings to use. 18mm on kit lens, ISO 100, f/7.1 320s. I clearly remember the sound that the frozen lake made, stresses in the ice were causing incredibly loud alien twangs and groans - I have never heard anything like else it. Comments and critiques appreciated.
