Lovely photo...

Nice I have a penchant for a wide lens and a polariser myself :p Love it. Dose seam like the action is a bit far to the right thought, was this a conscious decision get the cottages in or hide something out of frame right?

Both really, I've got a landscape oreintated shot form a bit later on which is maybe a better composiiton but the sun has dropped fairly low in it and the shadows get a bit distracting. Plus, the polariser calls even more attention to itself given its at 17mm.
