How come the horizon isnĀ“t straight but the climber is?

I think he was leaning back slightly. I used him as my point of reference of what straight is, because we just had a very quick stop to snap a few shots. Also, used a very wide lens, even if the horizon was level it'd look curved, which accentuates this.

the horizon , even though off, doesn't detract from the impact of the shot . did you have a queue behind you when you were trying to take this shot ?

Not quite a queue but there was a group pretty close behind. Had my camera hanging off my neck, so I just snapped a couple of quick shots and kept moving.
