Methinks Bilbo doth HDR too much.
The halo around the rock is too distracting for me, I'm afraid. Otherwise could be well atmospheric.

My D300 does this halo-thing rather a lot.

I don't know about HDR but without a little TLC this hastily snapped picture, taken in one of the few brief moments when the clouds parted, would have looked just like it was for the rest of our time on the ridge (see my other barely discernible pics) - ie poor visibility, zero contrast and totally monochrome. For the sake of your viewing pleasure I cheated. Well spotted Jon :-)
