It is the right way up. Ropes go down top to bottom, climber's head is above his shoulders, the ice is above the corrie floor...

Nope that's daft, if you want to be pedantic look at the loop of yellow rope above the runner "hanging" uphill. I think it would be a really great photo the right way up

Sorry, but what is daft is the concept that a picture taken vertically has a 'right way up'. I frame the pictures the way i see them, so if i'm climbing facing the wall, i'm in the belay facing the wall, and when i look down to take the photo i'm facing the wall, then the resulting photo will be portrayed as if the viewer is facing the wall.

Agreed at 180 degrees. I was confused until I looked at it that way as tried 90 degrees at first. Mr Lopez, you took a good photo with the camera upside down! ha ha

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if that is actually how you saw it, and assuming you had your camera the right way up, then you were hovering about three feet out from the ice and facing inwards. Which would be impressive. Rotated the photo is impressive. So either way, I'm impressed.

Rather than hovering over the ice, i'm leaning back hanging on the belay.
