Wow. This might have been photographed many times before, but this shot captures lakeland climbing wonderfully. The light and the backdrop is awesome, so you are lucky. However the composition is excellent, and the strained position of the climber shows the struggle needed to succeed on these polished classics. This creates a contrast which gives the picture much more depth of meaning. I love it.

The rock and climber are fine but the sky lacks drama for me. However I wish it looked that whenever I've been there.

Even more impressive- this guys only got one leg!
