Have you ever walked around the Peak and itched to pick up those random chocolate wrappers - but you didn't have anywhere to stash them? After all, nobody wants soggy litter filling up the pockets of their rucksack.

The answer is as simple as picking up a plastic bag on your way to the crag; courtesy of the annual Outside Crag Clean Up.

Crag Clean Up and BMC Barbecue

We'll be ready from 9.30am on Saturday 11th June at Outside Hathersage.

If you'd like to join us, please drop by any time after 9.30 to pick up a plastic bag. Continue on your day's climb, run, walk or whatever you were already planning, but stop along the way to clear up a bit. (There's often a far more impressive haul at the car park than the crag itself!)

Then bring your loot to back to Outside between 6.00 and 7.00pm where you can grab a free litter picker's barbecue and a beer - thanks to the BMC and Outside.
