Autumn Nepal Climbing Expeditions - list of UK leaders

© Jagged Globe

At Jagged Globe we take leadership of our expeditions very seriously, as we understand that the key to a successful expedition is strong leadership. All Jagged Globe climbing expeditions to the Nepalese Himalaya, as well as some of our tougher treks, are led by experienced UK leaders. You can read their bios on the Leadership Page of our website. Our expedition leaders are supported by our excellent Sherpa guides and porters.

Jamie Holding (Kyajo Ri and Ama Dablam)

Jamie has previously been to Nepal three times to Mera and Island Peak, Khumbu Climber and Ama Dablam. He described an ascent of Island Peak as "one of the best days I have ever had in the mountains". Jamie also works every summer on our Alpine Courses.

Adele Pennington (Cholatse)

Adele is one of the UK's most experienced high altitude mountaineers. She has been leading Jagged Globe teams on mountains from Kilimanjaro to Everest, since 2001.
