Over the whole of winter, starting in November, the BMC and Lowe Alpine are running an immense competition that will turn your snowy snaps into epic prizes.

If you've a penchant for snowy slopes, frosty escapades, or dicey ice adventures, make sure to capture the adventure along the way. Then, when you return to your hero's welcome, share your winter journey with Lowe Alpine via social media with the hashtag #makewintercount to enter their fantastic monthly prize draw.

As well as the chance to win a Lowe Alpine pack throughout the competition, there will be a grand prize draw to win a mountaineering trip for two!

Remember, the hashtag you need is: #MAKEWINTERCOUNT- and don't forget to tag Lowe Alpine in your post!

Starting at the end of December, every month we'll choose our favourite photo from all the entries to send one lucky winner some awesome Lowe Alpine gear.

The winner of the Grand Prize winter trip will be chosen in February.
