This is a fantastic opportunity to work within our vibrant and friendly Warwick Sport team as a Climbing Wall Duty Manager. Warwick Sport has 706sqm of climbable surface, up to 15m high. 144 wall routes that are regularly changing.

Our Climbing Centre Duty Manager’s, alongside our climbing team are responsible for providing excellent levels of customer service, delivery of Bear Clubs sessions, learn to climb or instructor led courses.

As a Climbing Centre Duty Manager you will be expected to deliver a safe and welcoming environment for our members and users, assist in the delivery of our NICAS and NIBAS programmes, as well as playing an active role ensuring a successful programme of route setting.

You will deliver and support high quality instruction to our varied user groups across the Climbing Centre helping to develop new products to ensure that we have a diverse offer. Safety within the centre is always a priority and you will carry out regular safety checks and ensure the safe appropriate use of all safety equipment.

A shift system which includes working a combination of early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holiday/closure days is currently in operation.
